Role: Business Analyst
Location : Dallas,TX
Duration : 6+ Months
Terms: Corp to Corp
Rate :$50/hr

*_Job duties:_*
??Working in an Agile environment, closely with the project PO(s), Scrum
Master and Line of Business to turn high-level business requirements
into Future-State Process Flows, Epics, User Stories and ATDD Scenarios.
??Working closely with the design team to transform functional
requirements into UX and UI designs.
??Working with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that all business
requirements adhere to regulation and any other related concerns.
??In addition, coaching less experienced members of the BA team.
*_Required Skills:_*
??Minimum of 8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience and four (4)
year college degree or equivalent experience
??Analytical skills and attention to detail - technical background a plus.
??Knowledge and/or experience of JIRA, a plus.
??Knowledge and/or experience of Agile Methodology particularly, ATDD.
??Ability to understand and solve complex problems. .
??Team player and the capacity to work with multiple project members.
??Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to
relay and share information and clarify instructions.
??Prior experience related to Banking/ financial domain is a plus.
