*Skills*: *Guidewire Business Analyst, with Billing Center Experience* *Job Description:* · 10+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst. · working with Business to identify the need for new and changing functionality · guiding the business in Guidewire functionality and how it can meet the business requirements. · Experience with software development, QA, and/or Project Management. · 7+ years in the Insurance Industry - Property & Casualty preferred. · 3+ years with Guidewire Billing Center · Bachelor’s degree required in computer science or a related field. · Exposure to Personal and Commercial lines of business preferred. · Agile/Scrum experience strongly preferred. · Collaborates with business users, gathering business requirements and providing direction. · Analyzes and documents business needs, and translates them into technical requirements. · Collaborates with Developers and QA, to clarify systems capabilities and resolve issues. · Participates in the Agile/Scrum process including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog, etc. · Involved in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting as needed. · Assists in various stages including development, testing, and production support. · Involved in system testing, data validation, defect triage and work around. ============================================================ *Position 02: DevOps Consultant* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Skills: DevOps, Agile, Database deployments* *Job Description:* - Work with the bank and identify a couple of Projects to implement Agile and DevOps - Conduct an assessment of these Projects to access their current state of maturity - Identify the gaps encompassing Processes, Tools, People for Agile and DevOps - Create a phased implementation roadmap - Implement the roadmap - Work with senior stakeholders within the bank to spread the success and encourage adoption of more Projects - Work with bank personnel and conduct awareness/specialized sessions to enhance their DevOps productivity - Work with team and identify potential opportunities across technologies for areas for DevOps adoption - E.g.
