We need a person who has set automation pipeline on Azure for functional, automation, performance testing. We need to look for a keywords Azure, Devops, Test Architect, Automation Framework, BDD, Page Object Model, Teat NG, End to end testing, Test Strategy and Plan : This is on application side. We need strong technical person who can help us to set up entire pipeline. We really need an architect who has strong understanding of Azure pipeline and scripts developed using c#.
