Harmonia Holdings Group LLC is looking for highly talented individuals to step into *a leadership position* of helping our customers transform to adoption of DevOps with automated tests which achieve high code coverage, and to adopt methods to “shift left” the implementation of writing testware earlier in the development lifecycle. *Duties and Responsibilities* Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test portfolios for both User Interface (UI) and server functionality Provides testing support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software applications or IT systems Work collaboratively on a scrum team with short 2-3-week development sprints Provides daily test status and defect summary by using a formal bug tracking system and interface with the development team to help resolve bugs/issues. Actively participate in scrum, stand-ups, review, planning, retrospectives, and technical design meetings Researches, recommends and establishes best practices in manual and automated testing to encourage well-documented and reproducible testing results Develop automated test suites to ensure quality standards [Create, review, and maintain scalable and robust automated regression tests] Work with Application Engineers to resolve anomalies Assist with creation of testing automation software/scripts to improve performance and efficiency *Qualifications* - At least 2 years of U.S. work experience or U.S. residency - Must be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation - *Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation tools such as Selenium Web-driver, Test Complete, or software development * - *Script/Code development experience* - *Expert level in coding using at least one of the following object-oriented programming languages: Java, Java-script, J-script, and/or Groovy* - Experience working in a DevOps environment - Strong software development skills with experience in creating automated tests leading to high code coverage metrics and familiarity with automation frameworks - Familiarity with using Jenkins to execute test automation - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development methodology - Experience using a well-defined process to track and resolve defects found from testing, using a defect tracking tool - Experience peer reviewing code for qualities such as maintainability and modularity - Foundation in agile/scrum and/or waterfall processes - Ability to write SQL queries to retrieve data for both front-end and back-end testing. - Ability to work in fast-paced environments - Excellent communication skills - Software development background *Preference* Computer science degree Experience and knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) process, Test Driven Development (TDD), or other advanced test methodologies Experience using technologies such as Cucumber, Spec Flow, and Gherkin Experience with designing/creating test automation frameworks.
