Perform functions including SQL tuning, database application design, and developer support Ability to quickly diagnose the problem areas and come up with solutions and/or workarounds Performance Tuning of SQLs and experience handling Extra Large databases Demonstrated experience with maintaining, upgrading, and platform migration of database servers. Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle Familiarity with large IT budgeted projects, data center migration efforts, and designing disaster recovery procedures.
