Tell the sender to fix his mail software. 8-bit characters in mail headers are illegal. yea. Entourage (office2000/X client for mac) does this too; but on the mac it's easy to fix. just open it in resedit and change the umlauts in 'MIME Preamble' in the TEXTs rsrc to ae/oe/ue. it's a shame
