I have a courier mailserver mail.tamay-dogan.net in my local
network which hadel all the E-Mails here.
Now I have the problem that I get per day several 100 Messages
fro root and from the From: it is not clear, where it comes
from.

Yeah. VPN and just host the imap server on our dsl line. It's fast
enough for the few times that people will be checking their mail from home.
One further possibility would be to play with a sibling domain, e.g.
MyCompany.com and MyCompany.net,
