I've tried to configure courier to automatically create the Maildir
directory for the new created users, but all I get is a file (no
directory with the Maildir structure) in place, every time I send an
email to users, but if I create it manually it work fine. What can I do?

There is no Courier
I have the following problem, my courier server doesn't retry to send
mails to the servers that it relays mail for if the server is offline at
the moment it recives the e-mail, or it takes a long time after the
server comes online to deliver the mail, please tell me how to force
