Hi,
My IDS (snort) is picking up a "ICMP PING NMAP" signature on packets coming from my mail server to various external addresses.
Is Courier using a "ping" to see if hosts exist? If so, does it have to send a packet with no payload, which is what triggers this intrusion detection rule?
