I tried to set up courier mta on my ubuntu server but smtp isn't working
(by the way: imap does fine out of the box). My server is called mars
and it is in a local domain starfleet.zz (which is obviously not an
internet domain- it's just for use in my LAN and VPN-Networks). I

Courier wasn't installed correctly. How did you install Courier?
