I want to add mail-users to a mysql-db without calling userdbpw, but

Thanks!

First, I want to make sure I've read this right.
In authmysqlrc it says that courier uses the following query:
SELECT MYSQL_UID_FIELD, MYSQL_GID_FIELD, ... WHERE id = 'loginid'
Meaning it looks up loginid in whatever column MYSQL_LOGIN_FIELD specifies.
So with virtual domains it'll look up

Parhaps it would be an idea to introduce a DNSBL-timeout configuration
directive, which would skip or temporarily disable the DNS blasklist(s) if
it hasn't received a response within a given timeperiod...

hmm - I don't think reiserfs is that broken (at least it's not on 2.4

I'm not sure how relevant this is, but it's from Reiser's FAQ:

Its a waste of time as they morph every couple of weeks,
any recent antivirus-filter should catch them already.
But courier could really use a bofh-option to enforce an

You can filter based on size, and you could detect if you were NOT on the to or cc
list I think, so you could at least trash the mail - right?

Thanks to all who had suggestions. It turned out that I needed to
upgrade Squirrelmail to work with the version of Courier imap I
installed. Once I bumped up to 1.4.1, it was all good.
