Sam, a friend tried to sent the mail from his hotmail account and it was returned several times. As this error prevents you from receiving the mail in the first place I have no idea if this happened just once or often. On the other hand 100,000 bytes is a lot - and unless others are having the same problem I can probably ignore it. Note that it's possible that message is misformatted. Last time I've been solving this problem, a buggy PHP script was adding the same header for over 700 times...
