Hello, due to my past work experience working setting up a new combined- transport transportation hub at BASF/Ludwigshafen with Kombiverkehr, working during the 2002 flood in Dresden and being an active member of the build-up of the new BMW plant in Leipzig, I have lived in a work- world often remotely and just connected via phone, mail, netmeeting and other means of communication (other than face-to-face).
I love that kind of working, as it offers me the opportunity to florish my strengths -connecting people, seeing patterns in processes and behaviors, bring people to work in their most valuable strengths fields- and I love working with several Skype windows open, being on the phone at the same time and writing an article or answering an email. So I think this group is what I am looking for (unknowingly;-)) and I love to read, listen and write to make world go round. For the last four weeks I am working on a project called LockSchuppen (http://mindbroker.de/wiki/LockSchuppen) which will open the path the 21st century of work. Have a look if you wish.
