We use tungle quite a bit for scheduling our own meetings - I think it will
depend on what you're looking to schedule with how it'll work for you.

NextSpace is hosted by Google Apps so we keep all of our docs there which are
spreadsheets and word processing. We use flickr for photos. That way the
Dropbox limits get saved for our PDFs or design files that can't live anywhere
