Hi Jessica, we at co.up (www.co-up.de) have choosen a laser b/w/scanner/fax combo from brother (MFC-8890DW). It was affordable to buy - for a more demanding solution -, printing cost are low and the duplex scanner allows easy digitalization of print documents. Also a big plus for brother is the

We didn't add a printer until 5 members requested one. We landed on a pay as you copy/print in a basic Canon All in One ($129 from Amazon). Between 35 members, only about 3 people use it to print about 30 pages a month total. I don't think it's worth a big investment unless you members indicate

I guess I have some unique residents, relative to other coworking. We have one of those multi-function copy/print/fax/scan that zips along at 33 pages/min, and we get easily 7000+ copies or prints/mo. EVERYONE asks for it. Even the fax, although only 1/wk there. Then again, we do have
