Crews are expected to row continuously down to the start when there are no
practice starts. Crews should not sit stationary for extended periods of time
waiting for "a gap” to open and then row off winding it up immediately. The

I want to re-iterate what I said at the Novice Coxes meeting in Michaelmas
regarding scullers. Once again CUL Dev Squad have taken to the water in a
flotilla of singles, and I want to pre-empt anything else dangerous happening
after today’s little incident with LMBC. If you take one thing

unacceptable, delays racing and we will now be checking. We wouldn’t have

scratching whilst still receiving a full refund). Race numbers should be
collected from First Third Boathouse (the white one
