Thanks for the clarification, David! I did not realize this process
involves manual steps by so many people.
However, the package is still not listed on the download page. The epp-dev
list does not maintain an archive so I cannot check what happened there
(I've just subscribed).

Hi Wayne,
I'm pretty sure I submitted IP logs for BPEL Designer and BPMN2 Modeler for the
Luna simrel, but have not received the approved copies. were they not emailed

Greetings folks.
BPMN2 was the only project that needed an IP Log or a release review.
Both BPEL Designer and BPMN2 Modeler are contributing service releases

Oops!! I think there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line. The BPMN2
Modeler for Luna will be version 1.1.0 - a minor release because of breaking
API changes. Is there enough time to do a release review? If not, what are the
alternatives?
Sorry for the confusion,
Bob

I had to disabled BIRT, since the repo referenced in their b3aggrcon file

We have re-uploaded the birt update site files, please re-enable the build.
thanks.

please re-enable the build.
Can you please explain why I should? That is, why don't you?
To dwell on this a bit ... it's pretty bad to break the build this late
in the cycle, with only a two days left before the final build ... and I
already went out of my way to allow others to build, until
