Project teams: if you're pushing out a new major or minor release, and have
not engaged in a successful release review in the past year, you must
engage in a release review. You need only submit your IP Log for review and
request PMC approval if you require a release review.

Just to note, I had thought I had created the release record, but I must
not have saved it properly. I have just created the 8.1.0 release record
and the N&N.

I somehow missed this error, but Linux Tools is releasing 8.1.0 for
2020-12. We released 8.0.0 for 2020-09. We have contributed 8.1.0 to
simrel for a while now so hopefully it should just be a doc issue.
