We do intend to participate in the 2019-9 simrel. I got sick while on vacation
and did not communicate with my colleagues. I will try to prepare a
contribution for 2019-9 now (however, our promotion script tries to grab some
Eclipse from the server, which is currently not available).

let me state that GEF intents to join the 2019-9 simrel. Matthias, our
appointed project lead, is currently on vacation. He has unfortunately not
notified us that he has not contributed a milestone yet and I will not be able
to carry that out now (which would not make a difference
