Hi,

OCL will be participating in the Mars simultaneous release, with offset +1.

OCL has dependencies on Xtext at +2 and so, in the event of very late post
I-build changes in MWE/Xtext, a no-API change workaround re-contribution of OCL
at +3 may sometimes be necessary. (It was not required during the Luna release
cycle.)

The current plan is to contribute a 6.0.0 OCL release in which the current
examples functionality is promoted from examples to non-examples version 1.0
plugins. The Classic Ecore-based plugins will only have a minor version change
to 3.5. The UML-based plugins will similarly have a minor version change to 5.1.

With the promotion of the new pivot and Xtext-based OCL 2.5 support, the
Classic Ecore/UML-based support is declared to be deprecated and is therefore
subject to removal at OCL 7.0.0. There are however many legacy consumers and so
the old plugins are likely to continue to be available via a separate optional
install so long as a Simultaneous Release Participant needs them.

        Regards

                Ed Willink
