FYI - I'm seeing odd behavior for recently opened bugzilla issues that do not allow them to be read without being logged into bugzilla.  I opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=566622   NOTE: You must be logged into bugzilla to read the details of the bug!! Tom
