Currently, DTP contributes version 1.14 to the aggregation, which actually has
compile time errors against the Oxygen platform. The contributed build was
produced for Oxygen M4. It appears that some time after that, a breaking change
was made in the platform, but the major version of the bundle
DTP 1.14.1 build with the fix for the previously described issue is now
available.
