I'm not sure that bundle is ever in the downloadable standard package. Have you found it there in the past? It is the branding bundle for the Eclipse SDK ... and the Eclipse Standard package would have it own branding bundle. What do you need it for? (I only ask, to know what to recommend to

I wonder if it's getting confused with the product IU that get's created for the SDK. It has the same name. In fact I was going to try and figure out how you did that since category.xml files usually only support bundles and features, not these magic product IUs. The workflow is so much nicer
