ECF has contributed httpclient/httpcore 4.5.5/4.4.9 for the 2018-09
release as per [1].
Because of past problems with multiple versions of these bundles, all SR
projects that depend upon httpclient/httpcore directly will need to use
Orbit version 4.5.5/4.4.9 as well.

Hey all,
I just wanted to give a heads-up that the following bundles (and
corresponding source bundles) are expected to be removed from the Orbit

com.ibm.icu 56.1.0, 58.2.0 (use 62.0.0)
com.ibm.icu.base 56.1.0, 58.2.0 (use com.ibm.icu 62.0.0)
