FYI: There's been a request for ECF to update to httpclient version
4.5.13, newly added to Orbit (currently at 4.5.12) [1]
This will very likely be the version in 2021-06 (Eclipse and simrel).

During Eclipse Platform 4.20 M1 contribution, we noticed conflicts with RAP
Tools and new version of Jetty.
Requesting RAP Tools development team to take a look and re-enable RAP
Tools contribution when the problem is resolved.
