I’m using tasks and mylyn working sets. From time to time also contexts.

Hi,

I removed the DLTK integration with RSE from SimRel:
https://git.eclipse.org/r/116449/

With this change it should be possible to re-enable DLTK and PDT.

So it might be automatic. (Be careful when typing - you can't change it

Hi,

You need to be a member of the Eclipse Foundation Github organization
(https://github.com/eclipse) to get this label. I'm not sure what the exact
policy is to become a member of the organization though.

Fred

Good news -- build.eclipse.org is back online, as is signing and proxy

Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Enable PDT Mylyn feature SimRel repo

2014-10-11 Thread Dawid Pakuła
Hi,

By "same way" I mean add it into same category and into both eclipse releases.

We waited so long, because PDT Mylyn require DLTK Mylyn ;)

Hi Dawid, thanks for asking ... but, ... I'm not sure how to answer. When you
say "in same way" do you mean they somehow conflict with each other (such as
users can have only one or the other installed?) or do you must mean
"conceptually" it is a similar thing?

No harm in the latter, but, the former would take a close look. (Starts to get
close to the "do no harm" category then).

[And, sorry, I couldn't follow the bug ... it was so long and went back so many
releases, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to read.]

But in principle, it sounds like a good idea!

Thanks,

Hi,

DLTK brings his Mylyn integration feature to SimRel repo (Luna SR2 and Mars).

PDT also want add his Mylyn integration feature [1] to SimRel in same way.

Let me know if you see any objections.

Hi,

The current status is:
- I recently changed version to 5.1 on master
- going to contribute it to Luna ~RC1
- there should not be any compatibility problems

Alex

Currently, in SimRel, DLTK is only at v5.0.0 (Kepler version).
Hoping, we will not face last-minute compatibility problems.
