The bugs in question have been fixed and a new RC2 candidate build has
been triggered.

Hello everyone,
I am happy to share that we now support Java 10 in Eclipse Oxygen. The
support can be installed through the marketplace entry:
https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/java-10-support-oxygen
or via the update site:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.7-P-builds/
I am particularly interested in knowing more about the code in HEAD that doesn't use the internal method. Doesn't it mean we have a way out without putting back that JDT's internal method for 4.7.1a?

Sven,
I think Dani said that in response to the question about the fix for bug 525382. Not sure if he meant the internal method, which we are yet to decide.

Hello all,
Last few of my gerrit builds failed and it appears that the jobs are having trouble downloading from repo.eclipse.org. Trying to open a page like below is slow on my machine too:
https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/tycho-snapshots/
Are others seeing this issue too?
Hi Webmaster,
http://download.eclipse.org appears to be down for me as well as others in the team. Please take a look.

There are chances although that I completely screwed this up. There's

My understanding (from JEP 220) is that these run-time images are created
specifically for the JDK/JRE and the IDE is only expected to read these.
User defined modules will either be in source form or JAR form. One of the
goals of the JEP 220 is this:
