[cross-project-issues-dev] New Debug menu in 4.8 M4

Hi all, Platform debug contributes new top level "Debug" menu in 4.8 M4, starting with build I20171118-1500. This menu should be the home for all debug specific menu entries previously contributed to the "Run" menu [1]. You can see the examples of the new menu here:
