This (/gitroot/*) is the correct URL when building from Jenkins on the
Eclipse servers. Since the git repositories are mounted on the H/JIPP
instances, this URL gives you direct access to the repository data (Rather
than going through the more expensive HTTPs server)

We've been having problems on CDT since upgrade
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=530594

Temporary work around is to restart jipp. If you have a gerrit that did not
trigger, you can also manually trigger by updating this link for your jipp
https://ci.eclipse.org/cdt/gerrit_manual_trigger/
