Just to follow up, this bug fix won't be in Oxygen.3a.

It will be included in the next WTP 3.9.x release, which will probably be
3.9.4, based on the RC3 build.

Hi,

IMHO it is to late for having a respin in time for the scheduled release
on Wednesday. If there is a respin, we should delay the release to at
least Thursday or Friday to account for EPP testing, etc.

It's the Planning Council's call, so it should be informed about this.
