[crossfire] New spells: curse item / bless item ; also change spell name matching for cast

Hello. I just implemented partially the feature request https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detailaid=656194group_id=13833atid=363833 (it should be possible to bless and curse items). I added 2 new spells, 'curse item' and 'bless item', that do what you'd expect. Bless will make
