Hi Everyone, I think we got the web server problems sorted out. We had to ban the netblock 59.64.128.0/19. CPU usage is back to normal, and web pages are being served again.
The netblock belongs to Beijing University of Posts & Telcommucations. We were in contact with Beijing University and asked them to fix the hosts before the ban. They were not able to act in time. If they fix the hosts then we will happily remove the ban. The website and wiki will not be directly available. A web proxy may work to visit the website or wiki.
