We are cutting over to a new VPS provider. The website and manual are
restored (easy). Next is the wiki and its database (hard).
You can get to the site by IP at the moment: http://198.251.77.197/.
I asked Wei to change DNS for the new VM. That change should happen shortly.

Hello guys,
the website cryptopp.com is down. It's having a timeout issue (on my end
that's what I get at least). I don't know whether the right people know
about it, but I need the wiki to get started with the library and I can't
reach it. So I just wanted to let you know, just in case.

Thank you for keeping me/us up-to-date.
I wanted to post an issue on github at first, but seemed more appropriate
to post it here after reading the guide there, so You can lock, trash or do
anything with this conversation, if You wish.
