I've registered new accounts to update the CSGO servers with from my windows
machine.
Now I want to log them in at my Linux machine, however, it requires account
validation. I receive the email just fine with the auth code, but where do I go
from there? I have no GUI on my Linux machines. Am I

No, as my windows machine is a different IP (and location).
I need to validate the accounts from the steamcmd tool somehow...
