Set up a transparent caching proxy e.g. Squid. Since CS:GO updates are over
HTTP, it'll be cached by the proxy, and it'll massively cut down your
bandwidth requirements to deliver any updates.

Valve doesn´t work on weekends... This should solve your problem which I
