Be careful you've set twice gamemode and gametype in your command line.

Whenever i try to join my CS:GO server which is running map
'jb_castlegaurddev_v5' and is linked correctly to the Workshop (Yes my AUTH
KEY is correct) this error pops up in console and in game it constantly says
'Connecting to server'.
Most likely you will need to edit subscribed_file_ids.txt (or maybe also
subscribed_collection_ids.txt) and put the file id there manually. Then
it should work.

Are you trying to use slot reservation of some sort? Are you using sourcemod?
Go through your gamemodes.txt for reservation cvars

Example on how to create your own mapgroup is in gamemodes_server.txt

Yeah, but it just sucks that if you go to Play game and choose classic
competitive there is no choice for all maps.
