[css-d] Anchor not responding in Safari5

In Safari5 on http://unf-j016.universalfavourite.com.au/, when hover on the Facebook button in the header the cursor doesn't respond. In other words, the link doesn't get registered. The other buttons work ok. And I only have this problem in Safari5. (oh, and I know the layout is broken in in IE6 a
