I have implemented David's suggestions on the three column layout page issue
and the base font issue. I'm still struggling with the wide column issue.

I have looked on the pages and template and can find no such byte mark. I
looked in DW and can't find the setting for this. I'm on CS4.

Yikes! Dreadfully slow even on my T1 line. I would suggest having a sit down
meeting with the designer and the church contact person and explain the
merits of a fast loading web page and how it will help them from an
accessibility and search engine standpoint. If potential church members get
on
the
industry standard can't even seem to handle their own site menu! I have
tried to contact someone with no luck. I'm writing here with the hope that
Eric or someone here has a contact with someone at adobe that will actually
listen!

Do you have that css file linked in your html page?
In the head of your code, you should have a link to your stylesheet in the
following manner:
link rel=stylesheet media=all type=text/css href=link to your
style.css here /

I have a website I'm working on. What I am trying to do is to have the
sidebar carry down with the content so that it appears seamless. I've been
reading http://www.alistapart.com/articles/holygrail and trying to follow
instructions. Now it seems I have too much sidebar carrying down..I'm so

I can't seem to scroll through the drop down menus in IE6. The menus show up
but when I try to scroll, they disappear.
I can really use some advice on this.

I have a web site www.familyfirstdocs.com. In IE6 with WinXP, the scrolling
seems to be disabled on the dropdown menus. In IE 7 and on Firefox it
seems fine. When I use dreamweaver cs3 it gives me a list whitespace
bug. I try to apply the fixes it suggests, but I still have the same
