[css-d] Can this stretch be made to work in IE6?

Hello All, http://www.galaxywebsitedesign.com/temp/test.html The above link works for Firefox 3.6.12, IE8, Safari, and IE7. Is it possible to make this work in IE6? The idea is to stretch the pseudo-background image. I found some nice tutorials that will make this work for the full page. But
