While the messages are obfuscated the web site URLs aren’t. The operators of 
these sites are the responsible parties as I see it. I leave to Eric to choose 
to do something about it. 

I use SpamSieve on the Mac and its baysian filters to get rid of spam also on 
different lists. You may have similar software on the mail server, but it needs 
the data to filter these out.
