Listers, I have been getting this lately (even before the whole 'is the validator buggy now' thing). Can anyone straighten me out on this? I use DW8 (code view) FWIW, and not sure how to _not_ get this 'note' from the validator... "The character encoding specified in the HTTP header (utf-8)
