I know some Korean companies (LG) have been contributing to the CSS WG to develop a spec for round displays [1], but I think their purpose is more for building apps. Anyway, for the widest possible gamut of displays / window-width, don’t constrain yourself by forcing a minimum width, particularly on your main layout. I believe the width of the smallest Apple Watch is 267px. You'll have to google it to get the exact size. Not positive off hand.
