[css-d] Same style but different bg behaviour

Hi People, Can someone help me out with this? I have two content divs sharing the same basic style info:: #main and #mainctr. #main functions correctly and drops a white background into my text area. #mainctr should do the same thing, but doesn't - the bg stays black. I can't find my error.
