I've inserted an absolute path and then this path I've mentioned and it worked.
Remember that the path is relative to the document for filters, not relative to
the css or whatever.
But starting from scratch is always good.

Yep found it... in the "ie-fix.css" you've linked to:

Yet the image is /images/Address-top-2b.png
Make that change and it should be sorted :)

I cannot for the life of me see where the error lies.
You guys any thoughts?
