CTAN update: The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol List

2024-01-04 Thread CTAN Announcements
Scott Pakin submitted an update to the

The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol List

package.

Version number: 15.0 2024-01-03
License type: lppl1.3c

Summary description: Symbols accessible from LaTeX

Announcement text:
--

The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol list is a reference guide that shows how to
access a wide variety of symbols from LaTeX documents. In this major new
version the symbol count has surpassed 2 symbols! These come from over 200
LaTeX packages and are organized into over 600 tables.

The index has been completely rewritten. It now names symbols by description
rather than by the LaTeX command used to generate them. This makes the index
more useful for finding symbols of interest and less repetitive with the rest
of
the document.
