-Caveat Lector-

Several years ago, the Air Force vowed to "own" the weather by 2025.
In 1957, the president's advisory committee on weather control explicitly
recognized the military potential of weather-modification, warning in their
report that it could become a more important weapon than the atom bomb.

I don't know. I believe something is up with the weather and environment and
do not understand how much is man made and how much is natural. When these
two produced a book that got promo-ed through Amazon, I thought UH-OH. I
assumed it was disinformation, but given my intuition that understanding
what is happening for the weather is important for my business and personal
saftey, I figured I would get the summary cassette. Remember, I drive about
30 hours every month. Lots of cassette time. I prefer not to listen to
disinformation normally unless it is a topic that has me stumped and feel
that something important is being engineered covertly, so that the dis- is
information in and of itself.

Where did Mssrs. Bell and Strieber get their information? And who or
what
is behind the coming meteorological holocaust? I grow more suspicious daily
of Art Bell. I find him mildly entertaining if I'm on the road late at
night,
but that's about it. I don't believe most of what I read, and less of what I
hear.
