-Caveat Lector- Anyone out there hip to more than the usual dope em up philosphy with regards to ADD? I've been diagnosed and for a variety of reasons prefer not to treat it with drugs. Are there alternatives to Ritalin? I'm sure there are. I was wondering if diet played a part. Regards Bill
