What did happen I am going to tell you tonight. There were craft that did
originate on the face of this planet. They have living beings in them,
living entities. People, very much like you and myself. When I say that I
mean that they had a culture. They had lives, they had families. They had
likes and dislikes. It wouldn't take me too awful long to being exposed to
doing " recovery" that I came to realize this but then I could not tell my
family what I was doing. I am wanting to relate one incident to you and
that one incident is that incident that really propelled me on to that type
of situation. It happened in a place called Indian Town Gap Pennsylvania .
I was in the 36 Th CIVIL AFFAIRS UNIT Company. That is a group that would
go out and establish a military government pending an establishment of
civilian government should we be involved in a conflict in which we take
over a foreign country.We'd naturally want to return civilian leadership to
that country and that would be the job of the CIVIL AFFAIRS UNIT in trying
to establish that goal. However, each company in 1969, had an NBC unit and
I was a member of an NBC(Nuclear Biological Chemical) unit. My primary job
as the NBC unit NCO and the communications NCO. The exact year and month, I
can't remember because I never ever planned to relive this, never ever
planned to tell a group about this but I can tell you the year was 1969
when we went out on that field training exercise. Somewhere during the
course of the night, we had some people come up and tell us that a craft
had crashed, possibly a US aircraft, may have some type of nuclear device
on it and we were going out to that location, just the NBC team. We had
formed what's called a NBC quick response team and when I wasn't on my NTX
or doing my normal duties back at the unit which I was, you would have a
staging area where for three days, you would be on a thirty minute alert
notice to move out, should there be an NBC emergency. After that three
days, you had another unit come in there was five units. Out of fifteen
days, you would pull three days where you were on a three-day alert. When
we moved out to the location, we started to approach the location where we
were seeing lights.
They had the big lights and I understand those lights are called "
light-alls," .We saw that there was some type of craft like the shape of a
heel that was buried into the ground. As we approached it, I did not think
too much of it. I was trying to a certain what type of craft, but it could
be but I couldn't readily recognize it. Once we did get to the location
what we call the staging area, I immediately started going ahead setting up
our 312 telephones that we needed set up and our prick 25 RADIO with our
communications and a duce and a half Truck. We were using a duce and a half
and that is what we needed was a duce and a half for our communications
vehicles. I set the one prick 25 which is a field radio on the company push
and then the emergency push that we had out there which I was assuming was
a quick response team. I was immediately told", Specialist do you have an
APD-27 on the Vehicle. I said "Yes, sir I do." "Get it out and you need to
walk toward the craft." We need surface readings as to the radiation count.
So I started going ahead and get it and I was walking toward the craft and
I was yelling out the count every time the count every time the Geiger
Counter would shoot up. Once I got to the craft where it was buried
partially at about a 30-degree slant to the ground. I could look down into
the craft and I saw what appeared to be a cockpit. The cockpit wasn't open.
On the side of the craft was like a kidney shaped hatch that had it been
fully opened, you couldn't even see the seam. But in this case it was open.
Once I got there and I went ahead I look down I knew what in was looking at
wasn't human by our definition of human in that it was smaller. The head
was much larger proportionately than what the human being would be it was
hanging out over the side and I was pretty sure it was dead. Along side of
it, was another one that was hanging out! Halfway out. One arm, one head
and I was getting a high than average background reading that time and I
told them that. And I went ahead and I said I need an officer out here. All
I heard was"it's Ok, son, just tell us what you are seeing. I said"No Sir,
I don't think you understand .I need an officer out here."They said just
tell us what you are seeing and I told them essentially what I told them
tonight. That would be the first case I would ever be involved in as in
making an approach to entities that we saw had been killed. I can tell you
that there were four entities in that craft. It wasn't too awful long after
that I got to see a "live"one. In that incident, I can tell you we had
communications with that entity. And I can tell you that one of the words
that rang loud and true in my ears "I am afraid". Another soldier and me
assisted that entity in escaping. The guy I always called "the Colonel who
was really the guy who always led the teams we were on, every team I was on
anyhow, He came and was telling me what could happen to me, very angry at
me, said "do you know what the penalties could happen for giving aid and
comfort to the enemy. I said, "excuse me sir. I thought you called him a
guest. I said "Excuse me sir, if I was caught in the same situation, I
would do it again. I could identify with the entity simple verbiage "I am
afraid." I mean you never felt so much pity as you would have felt at that
time There was a little place called Viet Nam It was, what, several
thousand miles and I, too was afraid at nineteen.. But the whole situation
is that these were things we were never going to talk about. These were
things we were going to bring up. These were things that that I was going
to keep from my family, then the day arrived I felt that my family had a
right to know. I wasn't there for certain things. Why sometimes I was quick
to snap. Why I could never have the luxury of having friends because I
might say something. So when the day finally arrived that I thought that I
should tell , I told them and I was very afraid even at that time telling
them but I thought they had a right to know. Tonight, I come to you as a
scared individual, a scared little man, telling you just a piece of what
went on in my life. There were other incidents that you too might like to
know that this is the case. I said it yesterday and I will say it again
that the" absence of evidence "is not the "evidence of Absence". It is
evidence that is just simply denied to the American people. I stand here to
tell you, that before my almighty God, I am willing to go and stand before
Congress and tell them what I told you tonight as being the Truth and I can
relate more of the events that has occurred because I have that moral
obligation not only to my family to every American and every person on the
face of this planet. I have that moral obligation, quite possibly, to our
visitors. The situation is we are not alone in the Universe and I thought
you might like to know.
