-Caveat Lector- from the net The latest American Spectator(April 99) has two articles on the Housing and Urban Development department's extended shakedown operation against mortgage lenders and landlords, accomplished through bogus "testers" who attempt to entrap lenders and "prove" discrimination. The attached piece is on Andy Cuomo's personal role in the HUD protection racket. Another intriguing tidbit in the Spectator concerns Trotsky, who (according to the Venona intercepts) was planning to testify before Congress, about the role of Soviet agents abroad! Sounds bizarre, but apparently this has been corroborated.
