Contrary to what you've heard in the alleged news...
No one has "TESTIFIED" before the 911 Commission.
Condoleeza Rice will not "TESTIFY" either.
Black's Law Dictionary 6th Ed. defines "Testify":
"To bear witness...to make a solemn declaration
UNDER OATH in a judicial inquirey..."
"Testimony":
"Evidence given UNDER OATH...through live witnesses
speaking UNDER OATH..."
Many people have APPEARED before the 911 Commission
and have made statements.
But none have been sworn-in and put UNDER OATH.
If they lied they can't be charged with "perjury".
Even in little Traffic Courts, witnesses are put
under oath. When you sign your Form 1040 Income Tax
you sign "Under Penalty of Perjury".
So why is it that the mighty 911 Commission has not
required real 'TESTIMONY" from witnesses who have
been sworn to tell the truth?
Could it be this Commission was never meant to
find the truth about what really happened on 911?
